I met someone today who trains at the same gym (he was fucking huge lol) made Charlie Twigg live up to his name.
Anyway he said Donald trains hard and was talking to him about a.w.
His name's Andy, incase your wondering Donald.
He was suppose to compate at this years Arnold Classic but tore
tendons in both knees.
