My Review

Well its the day after i have ice on the arm has i type away and sit down on the couch watching JK and the critters on his show haha,iam very tired as normal after a long day of competing and i have the blues that normally comes with it but overall iam pleased with my results and although it wasnt a fairytale comeback worthy of a Roald Darl classic i am still upbeat about the solid base i have to build from.

Yesterday was the best british in years there was a fantastic turnout people climbing out from the nut and crannys,novices turning into champions and ofcourse the old guard still standing firm,the room had a diffrent look,smell than it has in previous years new blood hungry,fierce,and strong Hendersons,meekins,clays,thomas,rimmers and cavemans showing they have the skills and the will to push and struggle on the long way up to the top and ofcourse there is many more names to mention in this armwrestling specticle.

The matches that we all wanted to see have come and gone and plans and tweeks are already be made to the game plans of all the defeated athletes day dreaming about next year and hoping to be the one to lift the champions trophy aloft all in all it was a great show worthy once again to be called a british championships

of training all i can say is 'HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!'

Hi Jason,

You have a long lever mate and a pretty good large hand, I would keep the back pressure applied BUT through the lower hand and not so rigid as it restricts you a little mate.

Feed your lower palm into the match as its from here that you control the match most effectively start with your elbow nearer your belly button and use your body weight to allow you to counter peoples attacks on you (like a seasaw action).

GREAT EFFORT MATE !!! huge respect for your NUTS in getting into the mix, it was a pleasure to pull ya lad. Remember pulling from your BACK is the key to unlocking your potential mate
