| A special mention for Leo Findlay for taking part in the british pro's, thrown in at the deep end with the sharks. One to watch in the future.

| Congratulations to Dan Thomas and Peter Henderson. TBH these two lads performed amazingly against a stacked class of britains finest arm wrestlers and showed how sharp their teeth are. For me a few of the best matches of the championships and would have made one hell of a final.

| Thanks again pal, i'm still surprised at the result tbh even though Neil,Paul and Nick have been telling me for sometime. Tell Robert i was literally blown away by his performance and my left hurts if it's any consolation. The lad is outstanding and i 'look forward to pulling against him again. |

| Thanks Mark, i'm pleased with the way i pulled and the best is still to come. It would have been an absolute war with me and Peter but i guess that will have to wait. Wise move dropping to the 85's you showed the spirit that you had against George at Arm Wars and truly deserved your title. I want to thank Paul Mitchell for giving me an awesome match and a very sore arm | |

| LOL Cheers for that Dan i appreciate it although i didn't drop weight for this. My body regulates it's own weight and it's out with my control. It was just as much of a surprise for me a few days earlier when i bought a set of scales and weighed in at 81.5 kg. As long as i see progress in the gym and continue to chart gains in strength i have no need to watch my weight. Although i have to admit, even 81.5 kg was very low by my standards. |

| Very true Dan that was a wicked match with you and Paul. Personally i was a little disapointed with my performance having not practiced enough for strap matches and having to pull the same guy twice on both arms, but hey thats armwrestling for ya and the luck of the draw. Every dog has its day so im not complaining. I think Mark has done really well winning the british on his first pro comp, well done buddy | |
