| This weight puts mega pressure on the forearms but i was VERY surprised to find it comfortable in my hand. I believe i'll get a lot more gains from this in the next year or two. |

| i m sorry boys but i just can t see the point of attempting these sort of weights for a couple of reps, in my opinion you would benefit much more on half that weight with nice strict form, please don t take this personal its just merely my opinion i use light weights compared to a lot of people and i don t think theres many out there with stronger hands and wrists but if it benefits you good luck. | |

| That's cool m8, no offence taken. I do these heavy weights once every 2 weeks purely to chart gains and make sure my overall wrist power is increasing. This is not my training weight. |

| I guess this is more of a static lift with control (you are controlling it as you can move it somewhat). I use what most people would consider 'light' weights for wrist curls (2.5 inch bar and 30kg for high reps atm) so I won't be posting any videos anytime soon | |

| Cheers Dean, i appreciate it. Leon i too enjoy using lighter weights for this as it gives my forearms a great pump which in turn not only stimulates muscle growth but also increases blood supply. I like to drop it down to about 40kg and do 100 reps but that won't improve my power levels. |
