one thing which really stood out for me from james is his ability to turn someone inside with loads of hand power.. wot ever hes done for that has obviously worked a treat... if i was a toproller hed have toasted me everytime..

i thought it would be a good idea to stick it in with a training session cos ive never seen 2 guys hook power so closely matched.. and thats where both of um prefer to be. Its gona be all about the start and who has the stamina..

Glad to hear James is beginning to see some long overdue results
in his training.
I know his hand has been a concern for him.
Look forward to seeing the footage with Wayne.
