Here's my Supermatch armwrestling match from Eurosport.
I was against Tommi Kokkare of Sweden, and won 4-2 after losing the 2 losses to elbow fouls.

Try to keep your hip into the table and that will stop you coming off the back of the pad

Keeping your hip in makes you pivet on your elbow and makes you pull away from them

I think that this match was probably my best armwrestle last year, but also I was suited to Tommi's style.

I've been training very hard for the last 4-5 months since I've moved house, all body, and a huge amount of grip/hand/wrist. I've already won 3 out of 3 grip comps against the best in Britain, and believe that these areas will be more decisive for the a/w matches this year. I feel that last year I neglected my hands and wrist somewhat; but now they are at their best ever now.

I don't know what armwrestles I will be doing this year, as my calender is already being filled up with grip comps. But I'll certainly hope to make some matches.
