You can't be too sure with these Americans Mark - They don't like to skip breakfast....

How's the training coming along m8?

Trying to get as much badly needed table time as possible. Moderate weight training - trying to stay injury free. How about you?

Still getting a decent bit done m8, just need to get a couple more pieces
of equipment.
Don't think i'll be pulling -85kg again though.
