Moving to Poole!

Hi guys,

I got a new job today for Fitness First based in Poole which means I'll be moving down there in April. The MKAF will now be run by Dan Thomas, Jason Brooks and Ryan Finnerty. I'll be training with Marvin and his guys so it'll be good for us both I think. See you all soon!

Thanks guys. I'm looking forward to it! Just spoke to Marvin and i'll be training with those guys from now on. Marvin Palmer will be the best armwrestler in the UK by the end of the year!
