Hi Nick, Its been a long time since i have managed to get on to the site, but it is amazing how much info you have. I also want to thank you for your support in Poland. you are very knowledgeable and avanced in your training methods. I also want to thank Alan and my team from Swindon for all the help in getting me to Poland. Am now looking forward to your comp, it looks mega. I am not down to wrestle.but am sure i can get a few pulls on the training table as i m not short of challenges, am not feeling too bad for a 69kg.
