dont no leon but iv been training with chris and hes added lots to his arm wrestling his side pressure as got a lot better and iv try to help him with speed if he gets in he will be hard to get out

Crikey, there's so many guys I want to have a go at it's to know where to start When the match is going to be will affect who I ask really.

Chris Waters is correct, I'm about 78kg now. I'm planning to get to a very lean 79-80kg in 3-4 months.
When the match is going to be will affect who I ask really.
