chris ham i think his hand as come on loads in fact it come on that much iv been gym ever night since i last pulled him so murphy will hav to get the magic going if he wants any thing out of this match

I've felt the power in each guys left very recently and i've got to say

well i pulled both and i think murphy will not stop the hit to be fair unless her comes bigger like 85kg

chris murphy current left arm british 75kilo champion will get up for it on the day

but watch out for chris ham he's a former left arm 70kilo british champion with a very good toproll so it will be interesting match up

i have a lot of respect for chris ham and his top roll so i definately need to be tuned mentally for this match. doing some serious training as i,m sure chris is. looking forward to wrestling chris as we,ve never competed against each other in a comp and if i get my head on its totally different from our training sessions. chris is a good mate so let the best man win..... 3-0 to me......hopefully
