Before starting out get used to the idea you're very unlikely to beat professional arm wrestlers just because you can beat "your mates Dad who never lost" or think you are champion of your town Smile

Try and get as much practise on a proper arm wrestling table as possible. No exercise can substitute this.

Listen to the experts, they are where they are for a reason.

well said leon, i have seen a lot of lads come to rossendale club & said they have never been beat & there saying that in front of
stuart hall,nick hall,tom waddington,murray stephen,chris ham,chris murphy,terry ackers lol!


then they understand after 10 min


take your time at the begining listen & watch out you dont get achy braky pale pale pale
