It wasnt to bad bud but imo the only true weight of a curl is done when the arm moves only by leaning over or with your back against the wall,your starting postion was good if only you would have stayed in it,but your body moved aleast a foot lol anymore and you would have been doing the limbo  and it seemed you used your elbow to pivet the weight up,there no doubt your 1 strong dude bud so whatever your doing works... i did like the way you controlled the negative on the way down tho | |
