i have been trying to keep rossendale forum going & interesting for the last 16 months putting old & new stuff on here its been hard work keeping it going....

training etcs...

Having a crippled overweight body who loves the arm chair its been bliss to me

Since i got ill its been a blessing for me it keeps me up to date with things that i would of struggled with,it keeps me in the loop and i get the odd PM asking for my advices which i always find nice.

it brings up questions others are afraid to ask,but shouldnt be,genarates growth to the sport,imformation board,meeting new people,contraversey spelled wrong but i tried

i look at a few guys coming threw and i find Mark a breath of fresh air its been a long time since a novice has had such get up and go,and he keeps giving me bags under my eyes with his posts but i enjoy the enthuisam well done and keep them coming

oh and well done Nick i forgot about you

Well done on the site Nick, I read all the posts on here and really appreciate the vid montages you put up recently, meaning I don't need to search YouTube for ages!

As you know Nick i absolutely love YOUR forum, it's because of guys like Terry and yourself we are able to get good advice and stay connected to the ones that matter, it's because of these efforts the sport is kept alive in this country.

I think this forum is fantastic for arranging matches, training sessions, etc. I also think its great for finding clubs and important information wrestlers need to know about.
