It's a tricky one, so many guys and girl (Jo Poole) have done so well, I think it comes down to 2 people, Dean Scarsbrook for winning at Arm Wars or Murray for his success at the fire fighter games and British championships. I'm gonna have to say Dean cos he's a good friend and the first person i ever trained with at Milton Keynes.

craig sander just because hes a freak always pulls always wins , and lets be fair this guy always pulls in higher weight classes at arm wars as he would blow the 80kg alway, think craigs name should be in there pound of pound ENGLAND'S BEST, BECAUSE THIS GUY IS THAT GOOD PEOPLE SEEM TO FORGET HIM, plus lets see how the worlds go craig to win it this year.

My vote is for Julian , great arm wrestler great achievements and a brilliant coach

I have two.
Ted Wilson for winning the british with both arms.
Paul Maiden for his contribution to the sport and his involvement in the progress of other arm wrestlers despite his own health concerns.

My vote is for Julien Cini. Yes he is a very good friend, but he's also a fantastic ambassador of the sport. He will always help anyone who comes to him and for what he has achieved in over 20 years, is quite simply amazing.

' The Crusadar ' gets my vote.

This year it has to be Alan Greaves, coming back from a blown bicep in 07 to take a bronze and silver at the Worlds, and then overall british champ left and right.
Ted is a close second for finally nailing the two titles that have eluded him for so long.

Congratulations though to everyone who trained hard and competed through the year, keeping the sport going in the UK and pushing eachother harder to be the best.
