It was my first comp in 18 months giving my right arm time to repair

With your training and advice it kept me in the runing

I have always said you are the best trainer that anyone could have and I stick by my word

Anyone with any sort of injury take your time

The more you push it the longer it will take

I came away from the comp feeling as good as I went with no pain
