Well done everyone!

Unfortunately for me it was Jason in third for 100+, and Ryan Finnerty third at 75kg. It was Ryans first ever comp and he had to diet down to make weight which is unfortunate because he's so much stronger at a higher weight than he was on Saturday. Still not bad for a first comp. I'm angry at myself for not dropping that last 5kg to get to 100, i've spent so much time training to get stronger and better technique that i forgot about conditioning. At least i've come away from this having learned something.
