i was thinking about the weight you dropped for the worlds and wonderd do you have any before ar after photos???
and did you measure your arms etc to see what kind of size losses you had?

Before weight cut, around 104kg






After 5 weeks, weighing 95kg


My arms were about 17.5 inches flexed before and 17 after but much leaner. I'm still carrying about 5kg too much body fat so could get down to 90 ripped and cut to 85 in the sauna.

Well done Dan good that,maybe i was wrong shave that hair of the bod and you will make 60s haha
