PostSubject: Weight Training   Mon Nov 02, 2009 2:23 pm

For those who weight train.
Do you continually train the same areas and focus on increasing the weights?
Do circuit training and focus on reducing the time it takes to finish the circuit?
Do you circuit train and increase the weights?
Do you continually modify your training routine?
Or something else?
This question is designed to help others be aware of and implement the best training routine that suits them, how much weight's involved is unimportant. afro

usually stick with hammer grip chins and parralell bar dips both heavy 3 sets of between 5 and 8 reps wen u can do 8 reps wif the weight attached add more so u drop down to 5 reps, these to exercises realy seem to do the trick for ur whole upper body they are big compound moves and ull work alot of joint and stabilizing muscles on the dips

Mark - I did READ the initial post that you made. However, I WANTED to ask Paul the weights that he was lifting in the exercises that he mentioned as we are of a similar size and carrying out similar exercises and I felt that is was important enough to ask.
