for armwrestling do I want to go heavy as possible for short reps?
for me its just heavy .

You want between 3-6 when going heavy but be super strict and pause for 3 seconds at the top of the rep, finish the set with a static for as long as you can hold it.

warm up light with full motion,then heavy short movement with reps anywhere between 20 and 70
