Interesting way to train the B.radialis. How effective do you think this particular exercise would be as opposed to doing the hammer curls that train the brachiradialis as well as the brachialis?

There's obviously a lot more movement in the wrists so the Brachiradialis will be worked 100%, how often would you guys implement this in your routine or do you have another variation?

It's not a Hammer Curl, It's Radial Flexion. Radial Flexion works the wrist flexor and wrist extensor on the Radial side of the forearm. This execise won't work the Brachioradialis, which helps to flex the arm in a nuetral hand position.

Ahhhh, that makes a lot more sense, thanks David . Obviously the physio instructor in the video doesn't know his a*** from his elbow. He talks a good game though.
