 free weights or pulleys

do you train more on free weights dumbells,curl bar etcs or do you train on pulleys or do you do both Question

Free weights are great for strength and achieving balance, cables allow constant tension to be maintained through the movement so a combination of both is a good idea.

At the moment i do more free weights but that because i'm restricted. I would definitely like to spend more time on the pulleys. afro
