i went to train with mr sanders on sunday 25th of this month for the first time
never trained befor that,
had a ball...... good bunch of nice guys very friendly and realy helpful,there are five of us who train on a saturday
with one of the strongest arms,in the counrty,aka mr sanders be nice to see more people taking up the sport in birmingham

Im 19 mile down the m69 and 5 mile across leicester from you. the 69 is the easy bit but the journey across leicester can take half an hour..

Big thanks to Craig and the brum boys. I would reccomend any new puller joins a club or aw's with experienced people. Tips on technique are useful, but spotting (& correcting) those school boy errors are crucial. It's also very re-assuring when the pull is stopped 'cus your noob arm is a dangerous position. Someone as stuborn as me, may just pull harder and suffer a wrong-un!
