when i was start armwrestling i was do this exercise


but later when i was more clever i was do this exercise

WHY ???

BECAUSE this second exercise is more like position on the table !!!!.... and this exercise gave me more.... !!!! TRUST ME GUYS !!!!!


less weight but more power on the table !!!! because we want to be armwrestling champion, not weight lifting champion....

on picture is 40 kg plate plus pin and lock (hook) for towel = 42.5 kg

my max is 50 kg ... this is 20 kg less than in 1st photo in dumbbell, but more effective in my opinion, in 2nd photo working more tendons and resistance is not going down through the bone like it is on 1st picture
