I'd also recommend taking some 'Calms', Vitamin B6 and Tyrosine so you can sleep tonight. Will help you calm down

I think it maybe you that needs to let it go Lol. I think it may of been the upper case letters that made you think i needed to calm down but i'm loving every minute of how much a beating has affected you. Don't lose to much sleep

Maybe a bit but who isn't? But believe that would have no affect of me walking over to you on a table & doing what i'm all about so bring it on my terms if you want the match. if not wait until whenever we meet which we will cos i've not even started my arm wrestling career yet
