 Gym Lifts - BENCH / SQUAT / DEADLIFT

PostSubject: Gym Lifts - BENCH / SQUAT / DEADLIFT    Sat 12 Apr - 1:36

Whilst you might not consider these exercises important for armwrestling, I'll always do them and I'm interested to know what your 1 rep maxes are (full range motion with no spotter touching you or the bar) for the following exercises:

Bench Press (mine: 140kg)
Squat (mine: 120kg)
Deadlift (mine: 180kg)

My squat and deadlift have much to be desired but I've only just started.

pb bench 157.5kg
pb deadlift 230kg
pb squat 140kg

Those r my pbs back when i only trained for powerlifting ie compound movements twice a week if i walked in on monday id max at 145-150 bench, deadlift still about there 230 and as for squat i dont do it anymore so prob about 60  Laughing

I do stronglifts 5x5 so I have no idea what my 1rm is for these but the lifts atm are
Bench 67.5
Squat 105
Deadlift 120

I'll do some max lifts in the next few days and post on here.

Bench 210 for 4
Dead lift 200 for 8
Squat ?????

Squat 225kg ,bench press 140kg ,deadlift 250kg

Bench pb is 95kg. Squats and deadlifts will snap my legs and back in to 20 pieces lol

Bench, never maxed out
Squat, not maxed in 8 years but 160 x 5 last time I squatted (8 months ago)
Deadlift, 260 max, 190 for 20

Bench pb 210 kg but don't max out these days 180 kg 2/3 reps
Deadlift 260
Squat diddly squat
Shoulders awesome
