Well in terms of numbers it wasnt the best quality was completely different Ted look Devastating in the -70s and left me wondering who could topple him if he decided to cement himself at a weight, taking out the British 70kg champion in the overs Ted looked the real deal, hard fought wars helped his push for gold has stones the 2013 armwrestler of the year battled away with water and bloom in epic style for a fight for the minor honours.

80s wow sanders holland ham anil rattlesnake were just a few to rock this class and make it the toughest class by far 4 British and former champions battling away to decide who was starting 2014 of in the right way, left arm came down to sanders and holland 2 wars worthy to be written in scriptures through the ages with the young buck holland taking away the gold.right however belonged to sanders throwing aside the competition like cuts of bad meat unsupportable throughout the day.

-90s left showed Scottish Clan member Sean Patterson take out British champion and ease his way to the final, great fights took place for the minor spots but Henderson used all his years of experience and superior technical ability to keep the gold south of the border.
Right arm saw some fascinating battles in which another one of Team Power powered through his rivals to bring them a second gold Phil Sampson is champion

-100 left saw Jason Kelham bring home a rare gold but wow did he deserve it, he was a gentleman in his own league yesterday going threw everybody like a upset spartan, battles rained on behind him though which saw a new star rise Lee Webber from Slough brought a smile to the audience faces but a grimise to his oppenents a superstar in the making??
Right hand the newly massive Paul waters bossed the class and had no real tests it will be interesting too see we're he looks to go on the future ,minor spots were covered by webber and Preston who is another guy bilked up from 90kg

Overs.saw 115kg  17 year old Joe Higham win left and right with Andy Thorne 2nd pickup 3rd perhaps playing possum for what was yet to come in the overs, never the less Joe is a strong young man with a massive future

Over a combination of left and right combined saw war after war but the most surprising was Holland pushing pickup to his limits in a great battle pickup won in the straps and win the left

Right saw again amazing wars Ted beating Ham sanders beating waters, but the one everybody wante to see was pickup vs sanders final of the overall, ready go inside weeeeeeeeeee gooooooo great match back and forth but sanders claimed the victory
Overall points put pickup top if the leader board and champion

Great day great action
