1. One Hand Vulcan V2 Gripper - 20mm block close
2. Two Hands Pinch Lift
3. Stub Lift (one hand)
4. Adjustable Thick Bar (one hand)
5. LeverTop - underhand (one hand)

Classes:
Open and 93k classes

then The 4th British Hub Lifting Champs to follow BSH
Events:
Still to be decided by Richie Bevan (Promoter)

Venue:
"Grip Factory", Stafford.

Start:
11 am

Promoter:
David Horne and World of Grip, and Richie Bevan promoting the Hub Lifting Champs.

Entrance fees:
BSH - £15 paid in advance prior to 6 March. £20 after this date.

Trophies:
There will be trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of the Open and 93k classes.

4. Half a Penny (one hand)
5. Inch Dumbell hold
6. Gripper for reps
7. Unbraced steel bar snap
(Single-hand events to be done as follows: three with one hand and three with the other)

This contest is about finishing the 26 events.
The Gripathon's are always a superb day of lifting and cameraderie.
