| I woke up in the middle of the night and i must of been lieing funny but for 5 min i couldnt move my right shoulder and any attempt caused agony,and to top it of i got cramp in my lats,hamstring and tricep  ive drunk 5 pints of water since and everythings eased of by 80% thankyou god,i dont think the monster carb lading and creatine load did me any favours tbh as i struggled get in enough fluids so if your going do it do it correctly  | |
