 PRONATION HELP? Empty
PostSubject: PRONATION HELP?    PRONATION HELP? EmptyFri 9 Mar - 8:45

Hi guys, this forum has helped me much since I joined, thank you very much. I just got one question now.

Is it enough to excercise pronation of forearm once a week about 5 sets from litlle weight to weight that I can hardly do ?

I workout 3 times a week in a gym, doing muscles, AMW training, and forearm and wrist. plus once a week table time.
But pronation I do on a separated day when Im resting, it takes me 15 - 20 mins and thats all.

What do you think about that ?

TNX IN ADVANCE !!! Very Happy

p.s. sorry if I miss spelled something.

I personally train rotation (pronation/supination) together with rising/hammer strength, normally once a week.

Volume is important for forearms, as they are muscles that we use everyday, so I tend to use a light weight to failure for 1 or 2 sets.

Ultimately; it's about doing what suits you. Ask questions, listen to others, but come to your own conclusions on what will benefit your style/goals etc.

I hope that helps!

I would add your pronation training in at the end of one of your other training sessions so you can fully exhaust the muscles and then have more rest time. Work done in the gym is only effective if you can rest appropriately.

I understand, I would try to do rotation then at the end of my training, once a week, TNX mates.

I personally recommended pronation together with back pressure, once a week.

for example:
