Harrow to MK is not too far (my boss commutes that everyday) but the 50mph road works on the M1 at the moment do make the journey longer for sure. If you dont have any luck or commute is a bit further to the london club you're more than wellcome to come and train with us in MK. On occasions we do train at the weekends if thats any help but otherwise its 8:30 - 10pm monday evenings at Atlas Fitness, Wolverton, MK.
