Please be aware that the B.A.F. "ENTER THE LIONS DEN" NEW YEAR CUP Event will take place on Saturday the 24th of February 2012.

Weigh ins will be at the Venue between 13.00Hrs & 14.00Hrs.

Competition to start from 14.30Hrs SHARP.

Left & Right Hand, Main Draw Double Elimination Tournament & Team Competition.

Also 2011 B.A.F. Armwrestler of the Year Awards.

The ARM WARS Super Series will be back at Europes Largest Strength & Fitness Expo, FIBO, in Essen Germany from Fri 20th to Mon 23rd of April 2012.

The ARM WARS Super Series tour will then come home to London & to the Venue for Strength & Combat Sports in the 2012 Olympic Games, Excel in the London Docklands on the weekend of Fri 1st to Mon 4th of June 2012.

We are currently trying to finalize details with the Trafford Centre Manchester, to be back their for ARM WARS "LEGEND" on one of the weekends towards the end of July with Fri 20th to Mon 23rd being the preferred date, TBC.

Please note these dates in your diaries guys in case you get the call to compete in THE BIG SHOW
