and good luck to Neils arse from a phone call today hes been unwell with sick and sting ring so i think his 107 frame may be down to 90s haha

good luck to the rest of the folks pulling altho iam only pulling right and iam a grumpy thin dieting man i expect to win the 100s and place in the 110s and supers after my last chest session today iam happy with my strength and my last tricep session will be tomorrow hands and wrist were also quite strong yesterday too,my only concearn is the 24hour fast before the weigh in to make 100s but with quaitly carbs and a few hour window to put them in i should touch wood make a good showing of myself even tho i havent allowed a rest day before the event we will see READY GO
