hi dean , im ok thanks, just not been able to train for the last few months . completly laid off doing anything to try and get rid of a reccurring niggle in my elbow . but like arnie i ll be back luckily for me a friend of mine has just taken over a gym where i live so i ll have access to good weight training facilities at a reasonable price [ free] give me a shout when you want to do any armwrestling training please. thanks lee
