| Hi guys,
Since getting injured in Jan against Pascal Hummard and not being able to train or compete properly all year I lost a lot of the passion I once has for the sport. After a lot of rest, some training with Ryan yesterday with little pain and the memories of being at the world championships I'm motivated to start training again so you'll be seeing much more of me in 2011 in and around the 80kg class!

| can't remember but you always kicked my arse tryed not to make it easy for you though and the wars on the left were some of the best matches i've had  | |

| Awesome news Ste I remember all the sessions we had in my back kitchen could I beat you in the hook all those years ago could I fook,Pascal Humard is a beast and you both hit simlar I guess somebodys arm had to go 3-3 was a great result with him,if you fancy revenge iam going pascals comp April 9th with a few others if you fancy it? | |
