Hi Nick,

I think Steve Kirlew setup MKAF back in 2006 although I only started arm wrestling in mid 2008. We train at Atlas Fitness in Wolverton (address below) on Monday nights at 8.30pm - 10pm. Now you got me ok list is:

Me, Jason Brooks, Steve K (when he's in MK visiting his folks), Rambo Rod Lenette, Big Steve Sowah, Leon Macey, Haroon Rashad, Scott Ferguson, Abdus, Dean Scarsbrook, (we still consider Dan/Chris/Martin Sedlacek members but Dan's setup a club in Cambridge recently) oh and a new polish guy whos strong that Rod brings along - always forget his name.

I found out about the club since I knew Steve went and heard he was good and I'd trained with him in the gym, I knew I wasn't too bad from my school days so I decided to go and test my strength out basically then got "hooked" ever since.
