Chris was phenominaly strong on Sunday, what ever he's been doing is paying off

What he has been doing is simply working regularly and HARD on specific Armwrestling exercises at The FreaKShop.

As the other lads have already said Chris is a handful when he can retain a blinkered focus on exactly what HE has to do and ignore what his opponent might be doing.

He is MASSIVELY improved since he started training at The FreaKShop
