Whats the story on Loading on the setup of a match ?? is it allowed or Not.. Ive done a couple of matches lately where on one it was fine and the other it didnt seem to be ????

Loading is fine pal as long as your opponent is happy to match it,if not then you have to take it of,explosive hitters or. Mainly bone liners and toppers genrally use it why the strength pulleys tend to load and feel the pullers power before the go,but it all comes down to those fast and slow twitch fibres that's were the sceince of training comes in study

I dug this out, thought it maybe useful to some of the new guys and actually a very interesting topic imo...

Generally speaking I prefer not to load much in the set-up and like to hit off a loose grip. I feel it helps with speed and reaction to the go. Kind of like cracking a whip.

What are your thoughts?
