Ive just found my dads old Bullworker, i used to use it a lot as a young lad, but never realized just how beneficial it is for Armwrestling type training... Grab one from Ebay if you want one, mega cheap but superb !

I've never really liked using a bullworker, i get bored with it very easily but would recommend peck decks for anyone with the same attitude as me. If it works for someone as good as yourself Dean then that's a great endorsement for it and would advise others to definitely try it for themselves.

Haha, too late. My dad just took his 30yr old bullworker back down south with him as I've hardly used it recently. What exercises are you doing with it for a/w?

Let us know m8 how your pulling power's improved using it. I suppose the bullworker is a lot better than it appears to me since it's stood the test of time.
