I spoke to Matin Lorencis today, and hes back in training and weighing 71/72 kg... now thats scary !!!

For the guys who dont know him he was and probably still is Latvian 75kg national champion. Beast of a toproller !!!

i like the hand stand stuff and and that rope is pretty high too - would like a go at that! what weight is the static hold i wonder? Looks like you may have some competition in the static Dean Wink
