The 6th Dec is good, as we have a strength comp on the 20th.

Elizabeth says great, and up for anyone, but wants to go with both arms on the day.

i have injuries to my arm which i have had for years now and i don t think many professional arm wrestlers are injury free, we get on and our pride carries us through however thank God i can do something.
However if any British wrestlers would like to wrestle me please come along to my gym, any time and let me know the day and i will be there as i still enjoy the sport, i don t train in secret and i don t need any huge tournaments. i was there with a handful of professionals on the back of lorries, or a trailer and a car park. The wrestlers know what i am talking about
