Secret Stuart Hall, arguably the greatest 85kg puller in the country. I don't waste time arguing, i just say it as it is. Legends deserve respect.

EVERYTHING to do with the secret, don't flatter yourself Andy. I your going to put your stupid comments in the forum do it via p.m. i don't need an audience. Maybe i've brought this OLD post up because like i said "Legends deserve respect" and to be mentioned again and again. Unless you think different!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the forum etiquette on a few forums that I read not to regurgitate old posts especially ones that are older than 1 year, your encouraged to start a new thread if you think that something deserves being brought into the light or is a valid topic.
Then again I dont care either way, I tend to read most of the threads that have been updated when I get the chance to get online. As Nick is the moderator then the decision is his regarding what should happen, saves people flaming each other. Just my 2 cents.

hiya mate. the broken shoulder healed up, but left me with a bit of a clunk. it feels much better than it used to and strenth is not really a problem although its not anywhere near as strong as it used to be , which could be due to me not training anything like i did before when i had that "hunger" I plan to start training at christmas and will get some heavy statics done again which will give me a good idea of how it really is ( it used to stop my arm from opening even after brushing my teeth !) thanks for the intrest. are you going Nicks on saturday ?
