| rossendale armwrestling will be back up and running mid october.training will be on once every two weeks on a sunday afternoon 2pm till 4pm i will put first date on training on here sooooon.nick |

| I am working the 12th Oct try to get someone in for me!, definately be there on 26th Oct. workin 9th & 23rd nov off 7th Dec. Weekends I am working no guarantees will be there if get time off!  |
