Scottish Novice 2009 - second place right and left hand, heavyweights.

Hoping to make more comps this year and pull as much as possible. Have stepped up my training as well now that I have had a taste of being placed.

Sorry that Imissed the right arm at the weekend but I had to work, hopefully if I can get a bit more technique this year I will have the oppurtunity to pull at the full british next year.

The guy you mean (Stephen) told me he was 165kg, and he's definitely a monster, he's got to be 6'6 plus and just horrifcally strong. Dean's got a funny video on facebook of them pulling!
