| Nick, i'll have a word with the guys at MK and also see if I can get Rod to bring some of his lads up. I'm also trying to persuade my brother to have a left arm match with someone. I think him and Owen would be a great match up.

Probably Mighty Paul Maiden. I'm gonna have to step up my game if I want to take anything from this, if all goes well with his scan and the doc says he's good to go then i expect to be up against a very fierce, strong opponent.

| Chris is about 107kg, and has only just started training seriously. I'll keep nagging him to have a go.
