| who would be up for coming to a training day may be in nov or next year i will try & get a room at the gym sorted depend how much interest there is..

| which day is best for you for the training day  i can get a saturday at gym 2pm till 4pm or sunday 1.30 pm till 4pm..........let me know....... |

| Hi Nick, I'm better with a Saturday coz the drive is about 3hrs +, so cud do with Sunday off before work. 14th Nov or 21st Nov ? Cheers, Martin. |

| thinking of doing the training day on saturday 21st november paul maiden, stuart hall, nick hall, murray stephen, chris murphy, all of the the above lads will be coaching on the day... who's coming there will be a small fee to everyone on the day to pay for the room hire thanks nick... i will put details down of venue soon.... |
