hope you enjoy the training monday nite you were looking very strong in the hook and your only going to get better

Training on Monday was good, especially when I tried hitting. This is something I have never really done before in comps. Therefore getting pinned all the time frustrating to say the least. Bit more training and guidance things should start to hopefully go my way.

Training has been hold on hold for past week due to wrist injury. Dont know the medical term but it is inflamed around the bone/knuckle on the back of wrist making it painful to rotate. It is easing up but can't put any serious load on it yet. Probably another two weeks before training again.

James are you going to the training day Nick's setting up? I would really like to go into the hook with you, i know your strong there. i've got the same problem with hitting.........i just don't do it As proven by Terry.

Sorry for late reply Mark, only just seen the message - things happen too quick on here. Yes will be going to Nick's training day and would be happy to have a few pulls. The irony is the match-up in March.

I know mate but i just look at everything as a learning opportunity, win or loose, as long as i take home something new and nobody gets hurt.
