What's your goals for 2010
Mine are to place in the top 3 of any novice comp i enter with my left.
I did say no comps after the rampage but my left arm seems to be working.
May be an interesting year.

Win as much as I can and have fun!

Enter at least one Muay Thai fight as im new to the sport.

Quit Judo for a year to put less strain on my shoulders as ive injured my right one this time.

Enter as many Armwrestling competitions as i can and come in the top three on both arms.

Get fit end of story

same as god of war top 3 wud be gd i think ther is alot of competion in the novies 85kgs at the mom

Glad to hear it Peter, our group would NOT be the same if your not in it. Get some r&r, 2010 is your year on the right mate.

Your right Alex, we've got one hell of a group. Top 3 will be a very respectable achievement for anyone.

Get to a solid 90kg, whilst retaining 100kg power,
Finally get the win at 90kg British championships,
Do well at Worlds,
Be on the main card for all Arm Wars events.

Cheers for that mark it means alot, i personally think you will dominate on your left arm in 2010 and its ashame you cant compete on your right arm because i think we would of had some awsomme matches. But still get your surgery done and then you should be well sorted on your right arm for 2011

2010 will be my 14th year in armwrestling & to do a lot more table time...
